Confirming.
Although I've not setup "bts debian" (but it appears to be the default), I'm
getting the same non-expanded %s.
It seems to be cosmetical only, the mail has been sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I think I've found the issue and will attach a fix shortly.
