Public bug reported:
Debian switched vte2.91 from using a copy of simdutf to use the new
package, https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1115170
The package has tests but not autopkgtest at the moment
An alternative would be to revert to use the copy if needed
