Since https://bugs.debian.org/1085181 `libcaca` Recommends freeglut and
libglu.
Unsure if we want to consider MIRing those, afaik that library is only
used by one of the gst-plugins-good plugins to output to a console which
seems something few users would do.
We might want to add a delta to lower to a Suggests instead?
