I'm not sure if it's the GUI misrepresenting 150% as 133% there or if it is Mutter automatically choosing 133% as the next closest supported scaling factor. If the latter then I have a rough plan to try and add a better GUI for configuring arbitrary scaling factors early next year in GNOME 50. But now I see it will also depend on Mutter not automatically substituting scaling factors (which is a simple function that would just need to be removed).
