I can see two problems but can't yet prove they are they primary causes
of screen freezes:
1. Recurring kernel errors from 'pcieport', mostly related to
Thunderbolt. Do you have anything plugged into Thunderbolt/USB-C?
2. Your Nvidia card is using the 'nouveau' driver which is known to be
unstable. Please use the 'Additional Drivers' app to install a supported
Nvidia driver.
If a freeze happens again then please reboot and then run:
journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
