Reopening the MIR for xclip, it got demoted some cycles ago but made it
way back on component mismatch as a recommends of python-pyperclip (or
to be more precise the recommends had a list of option, the gtk backend
was our preferred one but got removed upstream now and we want to
promote xclip as a newest best alternative)
