@Jeremy: I added all the duplicates. They were all giving firmware download errors. Maybe those people didn't have an internet connection, but it seems strange they would try to download the firmware without it. At any rate, they would hit this bug now even if they tried it with an internet connection. I don't really see the need or benefit to try and separate them all out.
I did not see bug 2116888 because it's marked Fix Released and didn't show in default search (I hate how that works).
