Public bug reported:

The latest release has removed libtet1.5 and libtet1.5-dev and instead they are
now libtet-dev and libtet1.6. But science-engineering-dev recommends
libtet1.5-dev and so tetgen is not appearing in the NBS list.
There are no reverse dependencies of libtet1.5 and libtet1.5-dev. Please remove
the binaries to complete the tetgen transition.

$ reverse-depends -r resolute libtet1.5-dev
Reverse-Recommends
==================
* science-engineering-dev

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in:
amd64, amd64v3, arm64, armhf, i386, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x

$ reverse-depends -r resolute libtet1.5
Reverse-Depends
===============
* libtet1.5-dev

Packages without architectures listed are reverse-dependencies in:
amd64, amd64v3, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x

I have also opened Debian bug #1120791 for this.

** Affects: tetgen (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
