When I try to connect to SSID with long cyryllic name e.x 'ПрипустимоАндрію' or
to create hotspot on my laptop with similar name Networkmanager gives me an
error:

After that I`m unable to connect to any available wired or Wi-Fi
network. To fix it I must remove file in /etc/netplan/ and restart nm
service
