Public bug reported:
There is a bug that a cursor becomes gigantic when inside any libadwaita
flatpak that uses Gnome Platform 49 (see the issue in their repo
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-build-meta/-/issues/1188 for the
details). The fractional scaling **is not** enabled.
It seems to affect both Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04. Unfortunately, the GNOME
team is not going to investigate any further since the GNOME versions in
question are EOL.
