Chris and I had a bit of a look at the package yesterday. To summarize: 1) The language in the NDI header files is a bit confusing but they are permitted to be distributed "with an open source project" under the expat license, and now that they have been done so, we are fine to distribute them under the GPL as part of a combined work. (I would not mind a second opinion on this logic)
