Hello ~anthonywong and ~juergh, I have updated my BIOS to the new QGCN31WW version, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
As requested, I also tried adding the `options iwlwifi d0i3_disable=1` parameter. This also did not work. I then reproduced the bug (suspend/resume) and captured the kernel logs. The logs confirm that the `d0i3_disable` parameter is being "ignored" by the kernel and that the card is still failing to resume from D3cold. Here are the relevant `dmesg` logs from after I resumed: [ 2.404632] iwlwifi: unknown parameter 'd0i3_disable' ignored [ 2.407343] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: enabling device (0000 -> 0002) [ 2.427258] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: Detected crf-id 0x2001910, cnv-id 0x2001910 wfpm id 0x80000000 [ 2.427386] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: PCI dev 272b/00f4, rev=0x472, rfid=0x112200 [ 2.427387] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: Detected Intel(R) Wi-Fi 7 BE200 320MHz [ 2.430708] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: loaded firmware version 96.44729d4e.0 gl-c0-fm-c0-96.ucode op_mode iwlmvm [ 3.029461] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: Detected RF FM, rfid=0x112200 [ 3.149412] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: base HW address: d4:ab:61:7b:19:a2 [ 3.221934] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0 wlp1s0f0: renamed from wlan0 [ 5.137611] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: Registered PHC clock: iwlwifi-PTP, with index: 0 [ 40.149256] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: Unable to change power state from D3cold to D0, device inaccessible [ 40.449748] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: Unregistering PHC clock: iwlwifi-PTP, with index: 0 [ 40.704950] iwlwifi: unknown parameter 'd0i3_disable' ignored [ 40.705066] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: Unable to change power state from D3cold to D0, device inaccessible [ 40.705266] iwlwifi 0000:01:00.0: HW_REV=0xFFFFFFFF, PCI issues?
