Hello, We have complaints from Nvidia Spark users about this: https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/rdp-session-on-dgx-spark- gb10-crashes-if-opening-hw-accelerated-app/348224/6
Adding the user to the render and video groups is the current workaround. I wonder, when / if 26.04 gets this, will there be a path to SRU'ing the patch back to noble? I suppose that would be a big nope, given the patch looks quite big and non-trivial, but I'm asking just in case. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2077538 Title: gnome-remote-desktop uses software rendering To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-remote-desktop/+bug/2077538/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
