I'm sorry this was lost. Are you still experiencing the issue? If so,
can you increase the sshd log level by doing:
NOTE: Please inspect these logs before sharing, as debug logs from
openssh may contain sensitive information.
$ echo "LogLevel DEBUG3" > /etc/ssh/sshd_config.d/log-level-debug.conf
$ systemctl reload ssh.service
Then, gather logs the same way as comment #4.
