Came to +1 this experience. I'm on Ubuntu 25.10 with kernel 6.17.0-6. Specifically seeing this on my ThinkPad P14s Gen 6 connecting to my WiFi 7 network at home. Randomly will get into this state, and only my mouse continues to work but nothing is able to be interacted with. Have to force reset. I've set the following: # /etc/modprobe.d/mt7925e.conf options mt7925e disable_aspm=1 options mt7925e disable_pm=1
It allows me to continue using my device once in state, though I can't recover actual connectivity. Going to try disabing CLC as noted above. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2118755 Title: mt7925e driver is unstable on 6GHz network To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2118755/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
