Public bug reported:
If Transmission isn't running, downloading a .torrent through Firefox
(or double-clicking one in Nautilus) results in Transmission opening
with its "Torrent Options" window halfway offscreen to the left, behind
the dock (see image). If transmission is already running, opening
subsequent .torrent files cause the window to open normally, in the
center of the screen.
