* debian/ubuntu-drivers-common.postinst: Refine the script and trigger
update-grub when it needs. (LP: #2098753)
From the diff, I didn't find any changes in debian/ubuntu-drivers-
common.postinst, it keeps the same with 0.9.6.2~0.22.04.8. So the
/etc/default/grub.d/oem-flavour.cfg could be removed if it includes
'oem' in oem-flavour.cfg file.
