In the context of #4, I see that we now have version 2.11.1 packaged in
Debian and Ubuntu. I realize upstream released 2.12.0 and 2.12.1 after
the ACK from Security. I wouldn't want to block again on packaging these
because they don't seem to have any critical/security fixes.
I confirm that the Required TODOs have been addressed.
MIR team ACK to promote librdkafka to main.
