Public bug reported:
vino is a remote desktop server that was previously maintained by GNOME
and included in default Ubuntu. A remote desktop server has security
concerns and the project has been archived for years by GNOME which
means that bug reports and bug fixes are no longer accepted.
vino was removed from Debian earlier this year. At that time, Ubuntu
Unity was still using it, but the current Ubuntu Unity maintainers have
recently stopped using it for their flavor.
