Please sync bacula 15.0.3-5 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* d/bacula-director-db.postinst: use SQL_ASCII encoding
for new postgresql databases to support arbitrarily encoded filenames
(LP: #2121318)
- encode as recommended by upstream, reverts UTF8 encoding
* d/p/enable-fortification: enable libc fortifications (LP: #265102)
- use upstream preference
* d/control: move mt-st from recommended to suggested (LP 2112455)
- no longer needed when bacula is not in main
* d/bacula-director-db.postinst: use UTF8 encoding for new postgresql
databases
- changed from SQL_ASCII, and reverted again due to LP #2121318
* d/scripts/install-dbconfig: fix shell quoting by sed instead of patch
(LP: #1882032)
- fixed in debian 15.0.3-4 (#1108272)
