Public bug reported:

Bluetooth does not work on Ubuntu 24.04 machines running with AMD Ryzen
AI processors. The only workaround is booting into BIOS, disabling
Bluetooth, rebooting, booting back into BIOS, and re-enabling Bluetooth
in BIOS. All other troubleshooting methods fail to work.

Currently 4 systems have been affected:

2 computers with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 370 w/ Radeon 890M
&
2 computers with AMD Ryzen AI 7 PRO 350 w/ Radeon 860M

After a few hours/days of use with a fresh install of Ubuntu 24.04 the
Bluetooth toggle grays out and is unable to be turned on or used despite
rebooting or restarting the Bluetooth service.

Ubuntu release: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
Package version: Bluez 5.72-0ubuntu5.5 (I'm not confident this package is
responsible for the bug)

** Affects: bluez (Ubuntu)
     Importance: High
