Public bug reported:

Ubuntu(2.0.1+git20160323.ffb04cac-3.1ubuntu4) is currently carrying diff
d/p/0004_ppc64el_uninitialized.patch (to fix FTBFS on ppc64el arch) and
d/p/Do-not-treat-warnings-as-errors.patch to ignore warnings, which has
already become part of debian (version 2.0.1+git20160323.ffb04cac-5) bug
#1094445

new changelog
```
```

In this case, there is no need for the diff we carry. We should sync tgl
rather than merge with the latest Debian version

I have uploaded this package for testing here:
https://launchpad.net/~0xnishit/+archive/ubuntu/devel-packages-ppa

** Affects: tgl (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
