FYI
this project matured a bit more and nowadays the virgl-server (to draw the 
output) is a recommends in resolute. This isn't a outbound server like an 
apache2 server, but a binary to connect the guest to drawing the 3d content. It 
thereby does not come with a systemd service that auto-starts something. It's 
usage is still mostly test - after all even the binary still is 
"virgl_test_server".

It is part of the same source (and thereby already under watch), has
evolved out of the test-server that existed back when evaluated - not
excluded at the review back then.

Own dependencies are libc and libvulkan - both already in main.

For now - promoting to satisfy the dependency (If it is a problem, at
the current scope it could be a suggests as well):
