The upstream systemd CI triggers jobs on Ubuntu's autopkgtest infrastructure[1]. Specifically, it builds deb packages from systemd git main, and then runs autopkgtest against those on noble testbeds. So it is very similar, but distinct from Ubuntu's autopkgtest for the systemd package[2].
