Hello Ubuntu team, I am also affected by this issue. I am using Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS (x86_64) on a T20 keyboard. The keyboard backlight does not work at all in Ubuntu, but it works normally in Windows on the same machine.
Steps to reproduce: 1. Boot into Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS. 2. Press the keyboard backlight key (Scroll Lock). 3. Observe that nothing happens. 4. Boot into Windows to confirm that the backlight works. Additional info: - Kernel version: (check with `uname -r`) - BIOS/firmware version: (if known) - Hardware: Twolf T20 keyboard Please let me know if any additional logs or tests are needed.
