There are two situations that occur when I boot up this laptop.

Degraded performance can also be seen when I run Xonotic and get
anywhere between 20-100 FPS with horrible frame time lag.
Situation # 2 - Every few boots or so I get a battery light when plugged
into AC and performance is perfect. the CPU will run far beyond 549 MHz
and also beyond 3.2 GHz. In this state Xonotic will run at 250 FPS.
