Public bug reported:

If you install PulseView via mintinstall PulseView will not work because
the dependency sigrok-firmware-fx2lafw is not in the dependency analysis
installed.

Solution:
---------
sudo apt install sigrok-firmware-fx2lafw

Me proposal would be to add the package to the dependency of pulseview.

1)
$lsb_release -rd
No LSB modules are available.
Description: Linux Mint 22.2
Release: 22.2

2)
pulseview
0.4.2-3build4

3) it will start

4)
$pulseview
