This bug affected me. I enabled proposed and installed the proposed
package. This line from the output captures the prior and current
package versions.
Unpacking bluez (5.83-1~exp1ubuntu0.1) over (5.83-1~exp1) ...
I reloaded the daemons, and Bluetooth is now working.
The hardware is the Thinkpad X13s laptop, which by the way is working
really well under Questing, thanks for all the hard work supporting AMD
laptops.
