So this makes XWayland virtual input go through the Remote Desktop
portal, which can appropriately prompt the user for authorization so
that an X11 application cannot silently control input from the
background; it seems safe to toggle on.
Apparently there are legitimate clients using this, such as
Steam/gamescope.
