Public bug reported: Ubuntu(1:1.0.19-4ubuntu1) is currently carrying diff to d/p/050_fix_ftbfs_with_ruby3.3.patch (to fix FTBFS with ruby3.3) and d/p/060_skip_EUC-JP_tests.patch (to skip tests using EUC-JP encoded data), these changes has already become part of debian (version 1:1.0.20~rc6-1) and tests are not failing now due to EUC_JP encoded data, so ignoring that delta
new changelog ``` bsfilter (1:1.0.20~rc6-1) unstable; urgency=medium * Team upload. * upstream URL changed * New upstream version 1.0.20~rc6 * Refresh patches * Update depends * Upstream url changed * Follow upstream dir changed * Add Homepage field * Add Rules-Requires-Root: no -- Youhei SASAKI <[email protected]> Thu, 12 Dec 2024 18:21:07 +0900 ``` In this case, there is no need for the diff we carry. We should sync bsfilter rather than merge with the latest Debian version I have uploaded this package for testing here: https://launchpad.net/~0xnishit/+archive/ubuntu/devel-packages-ppa ** Affects: bsfilter (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2132328 Title: Sync bsfilter from Debian unstable for resolute To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bsfilter/+bug/2132328/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
