Public bug reported:
On a Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 13, if I switch to the 24.04 HWE snap
channel (installing 6.14, which is after the Wi-Fi adapter was merged in
the kernel) there is no binary blob for the iwlwifi. Installing linux-
firmware via apt is prohibited by boot-managed-by-snap. Notably, this is
with full disk encryption.
