Holy cow! I have the same issue. My external monitors via Dell docking station (K20A001) didn't work. I unplugged and plugged back in a few times into my Dell XPS 9570. No luck. I then plugged the docking station into my Pixel 7, got that to charge (and nothing else of course) and then plugged back into my Dell XPS and it worked.
