Thanks for the updated diffs; these look good but for one issue: the noble version (1.31.2-0ubuntu4) already exists in the publication history (specifically, it's the current version in plucky).
Based on the version string recommendations [1] I would suggest: * the plucky version should be 1.31.2-0ubuntu4.1 (rather than 1.31.2-0ubuntu5) and * the noble version should be 1.31.2-0ubuntu3.1 (rather than 1.31.2-0ubuntu4 which definitely won't work) Given these are the only changes I think are necessary at this point, I'm going to make them while sponsoring.
