I have tested that the versions in proposed fix the issue on noble,
plucky, and questing. The jammy build appears to have failed so I have
not tested that yet.

For my testing I followed the test plan. Specifically,

- I created a lxd container for the release
- Mounted an fresh ext4 volume (containing only lost+found) to /var/lib/mysql
- Installed mysql-server from proposed
- Ensured that the install succeeded
- Created a table in mysql
- Uninstalled and reinstalled mysql-server
- Insured that the table was still present

I performed the above verification for (release, version) pairs
(noble, 8.0.44-0ubuntu0.24.04.2)
(plucky, 8.4.7-0ubuntu0.25.04.2)
(questing, 8.4.7-0ubuntu0.25.10.3)
