Public bug reported:
After upgrading to kernel **6.14.0-36-generic**, all external display
outputs (onboard HDMI and HDMI via USB-C hub/DisplayLink) remain
black/unresponsive. The primary laptop screen works correctly.
The issue is a **regression** in this kernel version.
**Workaround:** When booting into the previous kernel version (e.g.,
6.14.0-35-generic), the external displays function perfectly.
**Hardware:**
* GPU: Intel Corporation Meteor Lake-P [Intel Arc Graphics] [8086:7d55]
* Issue persists on both native HDMI port and the USB-C hub video output.
