Even pored through https://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux-hwe-6.14/ and https://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/noble-proposed/main/binary- amd64/Packages.xz manually on the off chance it's a caching issue on my end, but to no avail; -36.36 are the latest.
