Public bug reported:

[ Impact ]

When running the tegra-tests [1] suite for jammy:linux-nvidia-tegra-igx,
the following warnings appear in the log which result in some of the
failures:

device-mapper: core: CONFIG_IMA_DISABLE_HTABLE is disabled. Duplicate
IMA measurements will not be recorded in the IMA log.

and

SPI driver altr_a10sr has no spi_device_id for altr,a10sr

The patches in this pull request address these by changing the IMA
message to INFO instead of WARN and adding the missing spi_device_id.

[ Test Plan ]

Clone the tegra-tests [1] repo on a Tegra device and run:

sudo tegra-tests/tests/boot.py -s -v logs

[ Where problems could occur ]

Low regression potential since these patches only add device info and
change log level for one message. No kernel functionality is affected.
The new device ID could be an unused change besides fixing the log check
if the Altera A10SR is not used with Tegra devices.
