Public bug reported:
Looking at the resolute excuses, there is an old binary reported on the
s390x architecture that needs deleting to aid transition
"old binaries left on s390x: gir1.2-budgieraven-1.0 (from
10.9.3-1.1~build1)"
All architectures now have 10.10~preview.1 binaries - the older binary
is probably an archive issue where the 10.9.3-1.1~build1 failed to build
but was not deleted when the newer budgie-desktop was uploaded
