As you can see in the picture, the user cannot proceed with the installation using the Arabic script, and there is no way to switch to the English keyboard layout without giving up of adding the Arabic one during the installation. Some non-Latin keyboard layouts (such as Hebrew and Georgian) allow typing Latin capital letters using CapsLock, but the most of them don't.
