* Noble will not be supported on Orin platforms initially, blocking do-
release-upgrade will prevent people from bricking their systems
[ Test Plan ]
* Launching do-release-upgrade on a Jammy Orin system offers an upgrade
to Noble while this will end up breaking most advanced features. After
installing this updated package, do-release-upgrade offers no upgrade.
[ Where problems could occur ]
* Orin platforms could still upgrade from Jammy to Noble while this
path is not usable yet.
