Verifying gnome-shell=49.0-1ubuntu1.1 in Ubuntu 25.10
When spawning 5 notifications with
for i in {1..5}; do notify-send --hint=int:id:$RANDOM "Test $i" "Message $i";
done
all 5 notifications are registered: the first 3 appear one by one on the
screen, the rest get "rate limited" and only appear in the
calendar/notifications popup.
Notifications also correctly disappear from the screen after the default
timeout.
