This is a user-facing application, not a rust library. What does it
matter that it's rust? I don't think it should be reflected in the name.

It's unfair to call it gnome-resources when it's not gnome-core... Other
ideas?

Mh, I haven't seen other packages vendoring rust libraries that
documents their copyright
