After the recent (today's?!) update of ‘cups’ (version: 2.4.1op1-1ubuntu4.15),
the service no longer restarts.
The main error message in journalctl -xeu cups.service is:
A start job for unit cups.service has begun execution. The job
identifier is 4184.
