I was able to reproduce similar behavior today (one time at least).

When clicking ctrl+s on gnome papers (from flatpack) to save annotations I
encounter the freeze. Saving action usually brings nautilus selector to choose
where to save.

In attachment I send logs in zipfile -- I still couldn't figure out how to
attach two files.

Also, today I encounter one crash with nautilus, related to opening files on
android device. I'm not sure what caused it. I usually have my android tablet
connected to laptop, and using adb I'm sending files to it (after each
compilation of latex document).

PS: ubuntu errors shows "No data to display" and after waiting some time
shows errors reported -- this confused me, I was thinking that I messed
up the id. It would be nice to change the text to indicate that waiting
might get data loaded.
