This is a converted chromebook Dell 5430 and it was installed with the
mrchromebox firmware, the audio has not worked since the get go, I tried
all the troubleshooting I could find in the ubuntu forums, and in
reddit, but uninstalling and reinstalling or doing a fresh install of a
package I was advised in the forum have not solved the issue.
