So, I've got a few questions here: 1) What, and how are we testing on Jammy? Do we expect Thor platforms to boot Jammy images with this patch (the test case only tests Noble images).
2) Changing user configuration in an attempt to disable do-release- upgrade is not really appropriate, and won't have the result of disabling do-release-upgrade anyway (users can just change it back). Is this one of those cases where we have broken Ubuntu policy by accepting some kernel packages we cannot maintain into the main archive? 3) Are upgrades from *Noble* expected to work? Do we at least have kernel support for that going forward? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2127100 Title: [SRU] Fix kernel cmdline for Thor systems, drop incorrect chmod, block jammy do-release-upgrade To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-tegra-defaults/+bug/2127100/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
