Public bug reported:
I have BOINC Manager in advanced view. When there is a notice or are
notices, a number appears on the "Notices" tab. However, when I click
the tab to read the notice, the pane where the notice(s) should be is
entirely black. If I switch to simple view, the pane is entirely white.
In each case, there is no readable text.
