Not sure why that didn't work unless apt-file doesn't search -proposed

Despite that:

$ /usr/share/distro-release-notifier/distro-preview-upgrade
(Result in attached screenshot.)
Clicking "Upgrade available" results in a password input window followed
by successful launch of `do-release-upgrade -d -f DistUpgradeViewKDE`
for a test upgrade to Resolute Raccoon.
