- d/p/lp-2120978-machine-id.patch: add `machine-id` to registration and
computer info
- d/p/lp-2120978-installation-request-id.patch: add optional
`installation_request_id` parameter to registration messages
- d/p/lp-2120978-register-if-needed.patch: add `register-if-needed` flag
to `landscape-config`
- d/p/lp-2120978-skip-registration.patch: add `skip-registration` flag
to `landscape-config`
