There were some things I was not sure how to proceed with when splitting
one of the prior import commits. Initially, I reconstructed the history
manually, but then went back and cherry-picked the commits from the
original tree once Jeremy pointed me to it.

I'm not sure which one you think is best to merge, so I just provided
and built both:

Here's the one where I tried to determine all of the logical changes on
my own intuition:
